The Research Institute of Northeastern Art and Culture (RINAC), Mahasarakham University (MSU) with collaborative partnerships will host the 3rd International Conference on Foodways: Challenges for the Mekong Region. The conference aims to provide an international platform for practitioners, academics and researchers to discuss, exchange ideas and seek opportunities to promote Mekong Delta Literature and traditional cuisine, representing the way of life of people as well as indigenous peoples in Asia with shared cultural roots. The forum aims to build a network of future cooperation towards the further development of the Asian way of life and challenges for the Mekong Region. The conference will be held in online mode on August 21th, 2023 via Zoom meetings and Facebook live.
