Mahasarakham University (MSU) with collaborative partnerships, will host the 2nd International Conference on Isan Literature beyond a Time Capsule: Isan Foodways. The conference aims to provide an international platform for practitioners, academics and researchers to discuss, exchange ideas and seek opportunities to promote Isan literature and traditional Isan cuisine, representing the way of life of Isan people as well as indigenous peoples in Asia with shared cultural roots. The forum aims to build a network of future cooperation towards the further development of the Asian way of life in a changing world.
